The brief
Coasties Commercial Cleaning is a Central Coast cleaning crew that has quietly built itself into one of the bigger operators in the region — healthcare, schools, strata, Airbnb turnovers, the full commercial spread. They came to me with a website that was doing the bare minimum: a phone number, a couple of stock photos, and a contact form that nobody was filling in. They needed something that pulled its weight and brought leads in while they were out on the job.
The challenge
Commercial cleaning is one of those categories where trust does the selling. A facility manager doesn't choose a cleaner from a Google search the way you'd pick a cafe — they want compliance, insurance, infection control, and proof you've done it before in their kind of building. The old site had none of that visible. Worse, all the lead enquiries that did come in landed in an inbox that got checked when someone remembered, which meant good jobs were dying for no reason other than slow follow-up.
What I built
I rebuilt the site around the four service regions and the building types Coasties actually win work in — healthcare, schools, strata, Airbnb, and commercial. Each section leans on real before/after shots, the certifications and the $20M public liability cover, plus straight-up testimonials from real clients. The big lever was embedding the Greenshoots AI chatbot trained on Coasties' own services, pricing ranges, and FAQs, so enquiries get a 24/7 answer and a lead lands in the inbox already half-qualified. Fast load times, mobile-first, structured data on every page so the schools and strata managers searching at 9pm actually find them.
The outcome
The new site has helped Coasties push past 2,000+ completed jobs across four NSW regions, with the chatbot pulling enquiries in overnight and on weekends without anyone needing to be at a desk. It's a quiet, working website — exactly what a busy operator needs.
