What counts as a content update?

What if I go over my hours in a month?

We'll always let you know before you run over. If you need more than your included hours in a busy month, we can do the extra work at the same $100/hour rate, or you can simply move up to more hours per month. No surprises.
Do unused hours roll over?

Content Updates hours are per month — they don't roll over. We recommend choosing the number of hours that matches how often you update your site. You can add hours any time, or scale back from your next billing period.
How quickly will my updates be done?

Most simple updates are turned around within one to two business days. We work 9am–5pm AEST, Monday to Friday. Bigger jobs like new pages take a little longer and we'll always give you a clear timeframe up front.
Can I change how many hours I have?

Yes. Start with 1 hour per month and move up to 2, 3 or more any time — we'll pro-rate the difference. Scaling back takes effect from your next billing period. Monthly plans roll month to month with no lock-in.
