Custom-built automation that takes the daily manual admin off your plate, and live dashboards that show your whole operation at a glance. Built around the systems you already run, on infrastructure you own.
Most small manufacturers, trades and service businesses run on the same quiet time-sink: a person, a spreadsheet, and a morning of typing things the business already knows.
Every day starts the same way: open the emails, open the spreadsheets, and re-key the same numbers into the same system before real work can begin.
Suppliers send spreadsheets. Customers send emails. Your ERP wants it typed in again. The same order line gets handled three or four times before anything gets made.
To know how the day is tracking, someone has to go and ask. The state of the operation lives in people's heads and yesterday's spreadsheet, not on a screen anyone can glance at.
No off-the-shelf platform, no subscription to yet another tool. We build small, sharp systems around what you already use.
The system reads the emails and spreadsheets that land in your inbox every day and feeds them straight into the systems you already run — your ERP, Asana, job boards.
A traffic-light view of the whole operation on the factory-floor TV, plus per-station views so each workstation sees exactly what matters to it, right now.
Stock that's running low surfaces on a board, and reordering it is one click — not a stocktake, a phone call and a purchase order typed from scratch.
Instead of typing updates in, your staff get an email showing what the system is about to do — and they verify it. Checking is faster than typing, and mistakes get caught before they happen.
Nothing gets ripped out. The automation slots in between the tools you already pay for and know how to use — it does the ferrying so your people don't have to.
These systems follow fixed, testable rules — the same input always produces the same output. Every automated action is logged, so you can always see exactly what happened and why.
A real build, running in production today for Phoenix Packaging, a Central Coast box manufacturer.
The problem: every morning, two suppliers emailed through their work-in-progress spreadsheets, and an admin re-keyed them into the company ERP, line by line. Same job, every day, before the real work started.
What we built: the system now reads those supplier emails as they arrive, matches each order line to the right job, and emails a predicted update before the manual pass would have started. Staff verify the prediction instead of typing the data. On day one it matched the human 14 out of 14.

We used to start every morning re-keying supplier spreadsheets before anyone could trust the job board. That's gone. The floor has a live board now, and the numbers are right. Everything looks amazing.
Automation that touches your business data has to earn trust. Every build follows the same staged approach, and your data stays in Australia.
The system starts by watching and reporting. It writes nothing until you've seen it understand your data correctly.
Before any write path goes live, it runs in shadow mode — predicting what it would do while a person still does the job — until it has proven itself.
Every automated write is journalled. If anything ever needs unwinding, it can be — cleanly, without guesswork.
It runs in your accounts, on your infrastructure, with your data staying in Australia. One lever switches us off, any time you like.
