Meet the founder — Brad Banks
Brad Banks is the founder and director of Greenshoots Media, based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. With over a decade of experience in the digital industry, Brad has worked across web development, digital marketing, e-commerce and — more recently — artificial intelligence and automation.
Brad founded Greenshoots Media with a clear mission: to bring enterprise-level AI solutions to small and medium Australian businesses at prices they can actually afford. Having watched large corporations gain massive efficiency advantages through AI, he set out to level the playing field for the businesses that form the backbone of the Australian economy.
Today, Brad personally oversees every client engagement — from initial onboarding through to deployment. His hands-on approach, combined with AI-assisted workflows, means clients get the attention of a boutique agency with the output capacity of a much larger team. When he's not building chatbots or writing code, you'll find him exploring the trails and beaches of the Central Coast with his family.

Greenshoots Media started as a web development and digital marketing practice on the Central Coast, NSW, serving local businesses who needed a reliable, no-nonsense digital partner.
