Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll pro-rate the difference so you only pay for what you use.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in on monthly plans: they're rolling, and you can cancel with 14 days written notice. Annual plans are a fixed 12-month term paid upfront (that's the trade-off for 1 month free and the waived setup fee), so there's no cancellation or refund once paid.
Do I own my website and content?
Yes. Your website, content, and domain are always yours. If you ever decide to move on, we'll export everything and help you migrate cleanly to another provider. Nothing is held hostage.
What's included in the one-off setup fee?
The $100 once-off setup fee covers everything to get you live: onboarding, configuration, branding, testing and deployment, including your chatbot's knowledge-base build when a chatbot is in your bundle. It's a one-time charge, and it's waived in full on annual plans.
