- IP addresses — hashed for rate limiting purposes only; we do not store raw IP addresses

Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:
- Service providers — hosting (Hostinger), analytics (Fathom), AI processing (Anthropic Claude) — only as needed to deliver our services
- Legal requirements — if required by Australian law
Overseas disclosure. Some of our service providers process data outside Australia. In particular, our AI chatbot uses Anthropic's Claude, which processes chat messages on servers located in the United States. By using the chatbot on this site, you acknowledge that the content of your messages is disclosed to Anthropic in the United States for processing. Anthropic does not use this data to train its AI models. Where we engage email platforms (such as Mailchimp, Brevo or Klaviyo) on behalf of clients, those platforms may also store data overseas; the relevant platform's privacy policy applies in addition to ours.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including:
- HTTPS encryption across all our websites
- API keys encrypted at rest (AES-256-CBC)
- IP addresses hashed (SHA-256) before storage
- Session security with httponly, samesite, and secure flags
